1.
To
reserve your requested dates, a non-refundable deposit of £75
for each week booked is required.
2.
A refundable Key and Damage deposit of £100 is required .
Which will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the villa and return of
keys.
3.
The balance of total amount due must be paid at least 4 weeks prior
to your departure
date,
4. All cleaning is included in the rental price.

If you find your selected dates are booked,all
may not be lost! I do know other property owners who also rent out their
villa in the same area, let me know and I I can submit a enquiry to those owners and e-mail
you prices, details etc.
If you
would like me to submit a enquiry on your behalf please e-mail me the following
information - Dates required, Number of people ( Adults and Children). As
soon
we receive replies from the Property owners I will e-mail you the details.
Due to
the high volume of enquires we receive of this nature When we e-mail you the
details we limit the time for you to reply to the message to three days from the
date we send it.
If we
do not receive a reply from you by the end of the third day, We will take
it that you are not interested in the property.
